TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 13th November, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 4573 CAUSE No. 34 OF 2020 By Nyangi Chacha Mwisaru, of P.O. Box 1-40417, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chacha Mwisari alias Chacha Msari, who died at Masangora Village, on 20th August, 1984. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2020 By (1) Ibrahim Kemwe Chacha and (2) Daniel Nyangige Boke, of P.O. Box 99, Isebania in Kenya, for a grain of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Chacha, who died at Isebania Sub - location, on 30th June, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
