TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 194 OF 2020 By (1) Fredrick Elijah Okumu Omukungu and (2) John Jenti Nandwa, both of P.O. Box 15, Butere in Kenya, the deceased's son and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Mukungu Obare, who died at Bushieni Sub-location, on 27th August, 1997. CAUSE No. 195 OF 2020 By George Anjawa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambunya Matini alias Sulumani Ambunya Matins, who died at Shikunga in 2003. CAUSE No. 196 OF 2020 By Risper Everlyne Otuma, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andereya Otini alias Andrea Otini, who died at Wambulishe, on 27th December, 1977. CAUSE No. 232 OF 2020 By Charles Shiunda Netia, of P.O. Box 525, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Netia Osundwa, who died at Ejinja Sub-location, on 18th January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
