TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E15 of 2020 By Moses Oduor Ogutu, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ogutu Odame, who died at Ligega Sub-location, on 28th December, 1998. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2020 By (1) Wilson Oyule Ochilo and (2) Kevin Omondi Anam, the deceaseds' sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estates of Joseph Anam Ochilo alias Joanes Anam Ochilo and William Oreyo Ochilo, who died at Ambira Sub-location, on 10th November, 1999 and 26th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2020 By (1) Jackton Oduor Nyamwanga and (2) Jim Linox Okello, the deceased's father and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carolyn Akinyi Oduor, who died on 4th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
