TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E78 OF 2020 By Samuel Cheruiyot Towett, of P.O. Box 4240-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anjalina Toiyoi Chesenge, who died at Barsombe, on 21st February, 2019. CAUSE No. E79 OF 2020 By Joyna Kesia Kiplel, of P.O. Box 19, Moiben in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Kiplel Sang, who died at Barsombe Sub-location, on 17th August, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
