WHEREAS Lucy Wanjuhi Kamau, of P.O. Box 248, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kelya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as 1..R No. 12341/7, situate in South of Kikuyu in Kiambu District, by v Hue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 121907/1, and whereas ,ufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
