REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (I) Jane Wanjiru Mania and (2) Patrick Mwangi Mboi, both of P.O. Box 65820, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 0.0156 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 78/871, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
