REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Ngure Kariuki (ID/1912829) and (2) Jane Njoki Kariuki (ID/0989803), both of P.O. Box 494134)0100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Tiwi Beach Block/143, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof.
