NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 8th November, 2020, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1413, in Volume Dl, Folio 203/3508, File No. MMXX, by our client, Mimi Wanza Mavuti, formerly known as, Caroline Wanza Mavuti, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Caroline Wanza Mavuti and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mimi Wanza Mavuti, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mimi Wanza Mavuti only.
