TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E1089 OF 2020 By Livingstone Mugambi Mbiriti, of P.O. Box 346, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's widower, through Messrs. Hamilton Harrison & Mathews, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mwihaki Mugambi, late of Kiamwitari, who died there on 6th March, 2019. CAUSE No. E1092 OF 2020 By (1) Tracy Phanice Kwanzu and (2) Stevenson Olendo Asiachi, both of P.O. Box 35250-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, through Messrs. Bitala and Kakinga & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Awotsi Adams alias Rebecca Adams Asiachi, late of Roysambu, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E1421 OF 2020 By (1) Maria de Lurdes Agostinho Joao de Fonseca, (2) Lizete Aissa Lobo Ossumane Domingos Joaquim, (3) Agostinho Alice Ossumane Domingos, (4) Marina Soulange Ossumane Domingos, (5) Latifa de Lurdes Ossumane Domingos Guita and (6) Danilo Ossumane Domingos, all of Mozambique, the deceased's administrators, for the resealing of a grant of letters of administration issued by Tete Notari and Registry Office of the Ministry of Justice, Constitutional Affairs and Religious Matters in the Republic of Mozambique, on 10th June, 2019, to the estate of Ossumane Domingos, late of Mozambique, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
