TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E481 OF 2020 By (1) Jeanette Wanjiru Gatehi and (2) Henry Ndungu Kimemia, both of P.O. Box 782-00618, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kimemia Ndungu, late of Zimmerman Estate, who died at Komarock Modern Healthcare Hospital in Kenya, on 15th August, 2018. CAUSE No. E858 OF 2020 By Yash Pal Bansal, of P.O. Box 39176-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's last will, through ALP, Kenya, for a grant of probate of written will of Sneh Lata Bansal, late of Apartment 4, Block 1, Larke Rise off Mersey Road, Didsbury, Manchester, who died at 18, Birchwood Drive, Wilmslow, on 18th June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
