TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 215 OF 2016 By (I) Dinah Wamuyu Wachira and (2) Lawrence Wahome, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of petition of the will of Jackson Wachira Wahome, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 27th May, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
