TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El OF 2020 By (1) Francis Mukhebi Situma and (2) Catherine Nangami Manana, the deceased's executor and executrix, respectively, for a grant of probate of the will of Abraham Mukhebi Situma alias Mukhebi Situma, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 21st November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
