TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.43 OF 2020 By (1) Rashida Makai alias Rashida Sheikh and (2) Zainab Onalli Gulamali Khanbhai alias Zainab Makai, both of P.O. Box 16592-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executrices named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Shirin Adamali Abdulhusein Saigar alias Shirin A. Saigar, who died at West Middlesex Hospital in the United Kingdom, on 15th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
