Box 1, Kwale in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngari Mathew Njagi, who died at Kabari Village, on 23rd May, 2004. CAUSE No. 549 OF 2020 By (1) Charles Gekonde Kombo and (2) Pacifica Moraa Oenga, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kombo Getenga, who died on 24th December, 1991. CAUSE No. 550 OF 2020 By Rael Moraa Anyoka, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cosmas Mose Miyienda, who died on 29th June, 2020. CAUSE No. 552 OF 2020 By Makarita Bisieri Nyakundi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanlaus N. Nyachienga, who died on 29th August, 2019. CAUSE No. 553 OF 2020 By Ann Kwamboka Chiro, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chiro Omete, who died at District Hospital, Kisii in Kenya, on 1st July, 2007. CAUSE No. 554 OF 2020 By (1) Charles Ombosa Kenyatta and (2) Evans Ontiro Makaya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenyatta Bosire, who died in 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
