Box 405-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mboya Mulonzi, who died at Makueni C. R. Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. E69 OF 2020 By (1) George Uvaa Thyaka, (2) John Kasango Thyaka and (3) Stella Mwongeli Thyaka, all of P.O. Box 535-90300, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosalia Mutuli Thyaka alias Rosalia Mutuli Nthyaka alias Rosalia Mutuli Nthiaka, who died at Syokimua, Athi River. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
