TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 34 OF 2019 By Kivivya Muthangya Ndau, the deceased's daughter, through Messrs. Kihara & Wyne, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndukaa Ilai Masya, who died at Kanyaa Sub-location, on 20th January, 2013. CAUSE No. 46 OF 2019 By (1) Esther Kingola Mwasya and (2) Dominic Munyoki Mwasya, both of P.O. Box 402-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwasya Syengo, who died at Karura Sub-location, on 29th May, 2015.
