THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Japheth Njeru Wambugu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, known as Ngandori/Ngovio/930, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Embu in succession cause No. 419 of 2007, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Joyce Wanjira (ID/3758967), and whereas all efforts made to recover the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Joyce Wanjira (ID/3758967), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Japheth Njeru Wambugu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
