TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2021 By (1) Nelson Nyaga Ngingo, (2) Francis Macharia Nyaga and (3) Anthony Gathura Nyaga, all of P.O. Box 53–10201, Kahuro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petronilla Wakiyu Nyaga, who died at Nyari Estate, on 8th March, 2019. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2021 By Anne Wanjiru Mungai, of P.O. Box 2991–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Mungai Njuguna, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 22nd February, 2012. CAUSE NO. 34 OF 2021 By (1) Elias Kamau Njoroge and (2) Faith Muthoni Njoroge, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Joseph Njoroge Kinyua. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
