TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2021 By (1) Florence Gakii Mwiti and (2) Brenda Karimi Gikundi, both of P.O. Box 211–60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gikundi Marete, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 21st April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2021 By Georgina Kaniu Kigea, of P.O. Box 1381, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kigea Nabea, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 25th April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
