TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2021 By (1) Augostino Lukorinyanga Sikor and (2) Musa Chemoringo, both of P.O. Box 1–30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Partor Chemoriango Sikor alias Partor Chemoringo, who died aong Kamwetuny–Kapenguria–Kitale Road, on 11th January, 1982. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022 By (1) Kizito Kagai Merikol, (2) Margaret Rotuno Merikol and (3) Grace Merikol, all of P.O. Box 127, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Merikol Chelongo, who died at Pser Sub-location, on 10th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
