TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2022 By Ronah Njeri Kironyo, of P.O. Box 250–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kironyo Njoroge, late of Kiambu, who died at Ruaka, on 26th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2022 By (1) Kevin Kamunge Wangari and (2) Eugene Chiira Wangari, both of P.O. Box 73990–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Wangari Ciira alias Nancy Wangari Chiira, late of Kiambu, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 25th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
