CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Kariuki Muigai and (2) Ephantus Njuguna Muigai, both of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Muigai Wainaina, who died at Naivasha Medical Centre, on 3rd April, 2017.
