TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 195 OF 2021 By Margret Odinga Odundo, the deceased’s sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogunda Manguro alias Oguda Manguru, who died at Kamgundho Sub- location, on 26th May, 1998. CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2021 By (1) Alpheus Abok Okiri, (2) Tobias Otieno Okiri and (3) Nicodemus Illa Okiri, all of P.O. Box 75, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Okiri Ila, who died at Kobuya East Sub-location, on 15th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
