TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 282 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Nyunja Nyaboke, (2) Gabriel Odhiambo Otieno, (3) George Okoth Otieno and (4) Paul Ochieng Otieno, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maslus Nyaboke Nyunja alias Maslus Nyaboke, who died at Kakrao Sub-location, on 21st December, 2016. CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2022 By Jared Nchama Maratora, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Maratora Nchama alias Joseph Maratora, who died on 9th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. 43 OF 2022 By Dorothy Atieno Odhiambo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackton Ohuru Otieno, who died on 16th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
