TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 545 OF 2021 By Joseph Oriwo Mbuor, of P.O. Box 65, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daudi Otieno Omanje, who died at West Kabodho, on 16th April, 1986. CAUSE NO. 563 OF 2021 By Peter Odero Jagero, of P.O. Box 65, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Abonyo Odhiambo alias Abonyo Odhiambo, who died at Pap Onditi, on 20th May, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
