TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2021 By (1) Joel Kipruto Bett and (2) Richard Kipchumba Bett, both of P.O. Box 32, Sognhor in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johana arap Kalya alias Kibet arap Kalya, who died at Chepkemel, on 21st JAugust, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
