TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2021 By (1) Dama Ngonyo Mwavuo, (2) Thomas Kazungu Rimba and (3) Kalama Rimba Gona, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rimba Gona Fondo, who died on 16th August, 2001. CAUSE NO. 137 OF 2021 By (1) Sidi Ngumbao Kithi and (2) Khamisi Kadenge Kisima Juu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadenge Kisima Juu Bewa, who died on 15th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. 138 OF 2021 By Armando Ippolito, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stefania Rivera, who died on 26th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
