TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 453 OF 2021 By (1) Joyce Wanjiku Mwaura and (2) George Muigai Gitungo, both of P.O. Box 14350–00800, Nairobi in Kenya, through Messrs. J. M. Mugo & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Gitungo Mbugua, who died on 28th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
