TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 61 OF 2022 By John Muigai Ngugi, of P.O. Box 1665–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi Ngatho, who died at Kerwa, on 19th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2022 By George Kungu Mwaura, of P.O. Box 482–00605, Uthiru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mwaura Regeru alias Mwaura Regeru, who died at Kinoo, on 31st August, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
