TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2022 By Regina Wangui Karie, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Macharia Mwangi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 18th August. 2007. CAUSE NO E20 OF 2021 By (1) Milka Warwenu Kinya and (2) Debora Wangui Kinya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letter of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kinya Kuria, who died at St. Francis Community Hospital in Kenya, on 5th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
