TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E248 OF 2021 By (1) David Njoroge Kamau and (2) John Mburu Kamau, both of P.O. Box 71, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Ngoru alias Benson Kamau Ngoru, who died at Kagaa, Gitindoi, on 5th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By Jecinta Mwihaki Njenga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Njenga, late of Limuru, who died on 14th July, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
