TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2021 By Geoffrey Mwangi Kamau, of P.O. Box 53, Maragua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kamau Mbugua, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 4th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. 211 OF 2021 By Martha Wangui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 53, Maragua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Chomba, who died at Gikomora Sub-location, on 5th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
