Box 59, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Munyi Mahinda, who died at Kitale County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 2019. Box 350, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Karuga Ruga, who died at Nandarasi, on 8th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2022 By (1) Agelina Wambui Mwangi, (2) Hannah Muthoni Ndungu and (3) Rachel Njoki Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 9, Wanjohi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Mwangi Gatuga, who died at Gitei, on 1st July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2022 By Francis Njoroge Tunu, of P.O. Box 313–20319, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Tunu Njoroge, who died at District Hospital, Naivasha in Kenya, on 27th February, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
