TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2022 By (1) Stephen Musyoka Titi and (2) Ambrose Mwasyah, both of P.O. Box 1010–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titi Muasya alias Timothy Titi Muasya, who died at Isinga, on 19th February, 1992. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2022 By (1) Florence Mwikali Onduko and (2) Rose Mutio Muhama, both of P.O. Box 4410–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukulu Kimeu, late of Sengani, who died there on 11th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
