TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2021 By (1) Rehema Ali Manzi alias Rehema Fakhruddean Hassanali and (2) Ali Fakrudin Hassanali alias Nassir Fakhruddean Hassanali, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Asina Ali Manzi alias Asini Fakhruddean Hassanali, who died at Mombasa, on 31st May, 2005. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2021 By (1) Rehema Ali Manzi alias Rehema Fakhruddean Hassanali and (2) Ali Fakrudin Hassanali alias Nassir Fakhruddean Hassanali, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fakhrudin Hassanali Essajee alias Fakhruddean Hassanali Essayee alias Fakhrudin Hassanali Essejee, who died at Kikumbulyu, on 24th March, 1997. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2021 By Jennifer Mumbua Mani, of P.O. Box 47, Makindu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Mani Wambua, who died at Manyatta Sub-location, on 19th February, 2013. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2021 By Jonathan Mutiso Kimweli, of P.O. Box 12, Loitokitok in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutungi Kimweli, who died at Loitokitok Sub-District Hospital in Kenya, on 21st October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
