E18 OF 2022 By Mary Asiko Maheli, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lincoln Dobi Okaalo alias Dobi Okalo alias Dobii Okalo alias Lincolin Dobi, who died at Eshibinga, on 2nd November, 1989. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2022 By (1) Leonard R. Okello Shisya and (2) Douglas Abuko Shisya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Shisya Indetye alias James Shisya, who died at St, Mary’s Hospital, Mumias in Kenya in 1996. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2022 By Richard Andati, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okello Khwale alias Okelo Khwale, who died at Bukolwe in 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
