Box 352, Kenyenya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Nyabuto Ondari alias Nyabuto, who died at Kisii, on 11th July, 2000. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2021 By Daniel Onyinkwa Keire, of P.O. Box 286, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Priscah Moraa Keire, who died at Ikoro Sub-location,on 3rd August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2021 By Ezekiel Ombaso Nyariki, of P.O. Box 994, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bisari Nyangara, who died at Etora Sub-location, on 16th January, 2000. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2021 By Silus Okenye Okemwa, of P.O. Box 994, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Okemwa Obwoge, who died at Nyagancha Sub- location, on 5th October, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
