TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2022 By Joyce Grace Wanjeri Njihia, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Ndirangu Njihia, who died at Kilifi, on 2nd February, 2013. CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2022 By Mkoba Mtwana Ndenge, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mtwana Ndenge Kadilo, who died on 19th April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
