Box 3444, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Gathogo Muriuki alias Joseph Gathogo, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 1st January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2022 By Simon Ndichu Njoroge, of P.O. Box 916, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Gachohi, who died at Mukarara, on 5th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2022 By (1) Francis Kinyanjui Njoroge and (2) Grace Njoki Nyoike, both of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinyiria Wambugu, who died at Gitura, on 17th December, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
