Box 230, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Mbicari, late of Kiambere, Mbeere, who died there on 5th June, 1979. CAUSE NO. 28 OF 2022 By Beatrice Gikuu Njiru, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Mbogo Njiru, late of Mutuobare, who died at District Hospital, Mbeere in Kenya, on 4th September, 2007. CAUSE NO. 32 OF 2022 By Mary Wanjiku, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeru Rubitu alias Njeru Ruvitu, who died at Mavuria Sub-location, on 24th September, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
