TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2020 By (1) Margaret Runji Kalamu and (2) Charles Kinyua Runji, both of P.O. Box 87, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Runji Njoka, late of Gangara, who died there on 23rd February, 2019. CAUSE NO. E210 OF 2021 By John Maina Njuguna, of P.O. Box 81, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fortunata Benedata Wangithi, late of Mbeere, who died at Mbeere Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2022 By (1) Michael Njuki Salesio and (2) Stephen Muchiri, both of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Gichoni Muturi alias Charles Giconi Muturi, late of Iriamurai, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
