TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 11:53 AM THE KENYA GAZETTE 25th February, 2022 942 942 CAUSE NO. 175 OF 2021 By Dorice Achieng Akoth, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Njeka Ng’ambwa, who died at Esiandumba Sub-location, on 6th August, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
