E578 OF 2021 By Robert Ombogo Okeyo, the deceased son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Okeyo Adhiambo alias Okeyo Adhiambo, who died at Akom, Rarieda, on 16th June, 1997. CAUSE NO. E579 OF 2021 By Samson Adodi Onyango, the deceased grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owuor Ataro Mundhe alias Willis Owuor Ataro, who died at Got Agulu, on 17th March, 2012. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022 By (1) Kenedy Ochieng Omware and (2) Kevin Collins Odhiambo, the deceased sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jangara Nyundo alias Aloice Jangara Nyundo, who died at Barchando Sub-location, on 12th June, 2007. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022 By Jane Oluma Ogara, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Apiyo Ondiege alias Clement Apiyo, who died at Abom, on 25th December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
