TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 269 OF 2020 By Joseph Mireri Makola, of P.O. Box 254, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makola Onyango, who died at Kakelo, Dudi, on 5th June, 1980. CAUSE NO. 684 OF 2021 By Samuel Okumu Atito, of P.O. Box 32, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Opere, who died at Eldoro Sub-location, on 19th October, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
