TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 25th February, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 144 OF 2021 By Joshua Otieno Gambi, of P.O. Box 156–404404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Angwen Oyoo alias Joseph Agwen Oyoo, who died at Koluoch Sub-location, on 30th August, 2016. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Olgah Adhiambo Agwenge and (2) Boutrose Okoth Agwenge, both of P.O. Box 107, Sare in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Agwenge Owuor, who died at Migori County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 11th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
