TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2020 By Alice Nyaboke Omwenga, the deceased’s mother-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Moraa Semba, who died at Borabu Location, on 22nd April, 1985. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2021 By Richard Luke Nyambati, of P.O. Box 15–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Ongoro Mogaka, who died at Gucha C. N. Home, on 9th April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
