TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E409 OF 2021 By (1) Gulamkader Abdulrahim Pirmohamed, (2) Fatma Abdulrahim Pirmohamed and (3) Shahnaz Kaderbaksh I Pir Mohamed, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kismat Abdulrahim Pirmohamed, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 29th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2022 By Mohamed Ali Shekuwe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shale Bunu Ndima, who died at Majerasian Quarters, Majengo, Mombasa, on 27th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
