TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 103 OF 2020 By Hamisi Mwamoyo Moyo, of P.O. Box 56, Kwale in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of probate to the estate of Jumaa Mwamoyo Moyo, who died at Kwale, on 24th September, 1985. CAUSE NO. 104 OF 2020 By (1) Abdallah Juma Kushindwa, (2) Ramadhani Juma Vinyu and (3) Mwarandu Juma Rang’ombe, all of P.O. Box 56, Kwale in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of probate to the estate of Juma Vinyu, who died at Kwale, on 25th June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2022 By (1) Durriyah Amirali Mohamedali Esmailji and (2) Ratanbanu Shafique Zavery, both of P.O. Box 88831–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarojben Ramniklal Shah alias Sarojben Shah, who died at Tudor Estate, Mombasa, on 13th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
