TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2021 By (1) Kone Shirim Oloowuasin and (2) Noonkamuriak ene Shirim, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Shirim Rolorwasi Kasenji, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 11th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2021 By (1) Rose Wairimu and (2) Caroline Wambui Maitamei, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Maitamei, who died at United States of America, on 26th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2022 By Kariancha ole Leen, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naintasha Kusero alias Nintasha ene Kusero, who died at Oltepesi, on 22nd February, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
