TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2021 By (1) Lenah Kemboi and (2) Elizabeth Jerubet Bor, both of P.O. Box 14–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Bitok & Sambu, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemboi arap Sugut alias Kipkemboi Sugut, late of Chepkoiyo Sub-location, who died there on 23rd April, 2004. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2021 By Ezekiel Rotich Barngetuny, of P.O. Box 567–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, through Messrs. Bitok & Sambu, advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabarngoror Kobot Rongoei, late of Kamoiywo, Nandi, who died there on 2nd Janaury, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
